Terms 2018



The client will pay a deposit of 35% of the final cost to secure the reservation date and time. The remaining balance should be paid in full to Randolph Garrett Photography anytime before the session begins. Forms of payment include cash and all major credit or debit cards.


Final images will be delivered digitally via Dropbox within 1 to 4 weeks after the client has submitted/uploaded/confirmed the file numbers for Randolph Garrett Photography. Depending on the scale of the session more time may be needed to finalize and deliver the final images. In such event the client will be notified ahead of time. Images are delivered as proofs and final edited images only.


Randolph Garrett Photography grants the client Unlimited Rights to use or reproduce the finalized images for which the client pays.


Our goal at Randolph Garrett Photography is your complete satisfaction with your session.

The client understands that by entering into this agreement, Randolph Garrett Photography is foregoing other jobs. In the event that the client cancels and has paid the photographer in advance, all monies will be refunded except the deposit/reservation fee.

In the case of camera failure, inclement weather, or any other unforeseen incident that prevents Randolph Garrett Photography from shooting on the scheduled/reserved date the client will get a full refund of their deposit if applicable. No refund will be given under any circumstances if the client fails to attend the session on the day and at the time of the reservation.

Due to the nature of digital photography and the fact that photographs, once sent, cannot be returned; Randolph Garrett Photography has a strict NO REFUND POLICY. Once a transaction has been completed (i.e., the client selected and paid for the photo and then Randolph Garrett Photography sent the client the correct photograph) it is then considered non-refundable. If a client has selected and purchase an incorrect photo, he/she must notify Randolph Garrett Photography, before receiving the “incorrect” photograph. Refunds will NOT be given due to “not liking a photo”, selecting an incorrect photo after the client has already received the photograph, or any other reason. If a mistaken photo is sent to the client, Randolph Garrett Photography will send the correct photo to the client at no cost.


The client has read, acknowledges and understands the terms and conditions of this agreement. The client hereby affirms that He/She is over the age of 18 and have the right to contract in their own name. The client further acknowledges that Randolph Garrett Photography relies on the accuracy of their representations.


This agreement contains the complete agreement between the parties hereto and supersedes any prior understandings, agreements or representations, by or between the parties, written or oral, which may have related to the subject matter. Any changes or additions to this booking must be made in writing and signed by both parties to take effect.
